Jane Fonda and Leg Warmers

So... all this talk of legwarmers got me thinking about 80s work out. In partucular the Jane Fonda work out tapes i remember dressing up to and attempting as a child!

Make it BURN 2, 3, 4,.. To the RIGHT, 2, 3, 4.... Work it HARD 2, 3, 4, and UP 2, 3, 4,... Working of course tightly in time to The Jackson 'Can you Feel it' pumping away from the cassette deck. Looking back on it, it seems i was probably more impressionable than i had previously realised!

So having done a little Jane Fonda web searching we found that on her site is a funny feature on How to get the Jane Fonda look.. wow Fantastic! What great stuff.

Did you ever do a Jane Fonda work out...did your mid section BURN??! Did your legwarmers warm up your calves to the pumping beat of some 80s classic tune? Have you squeezed your Buttocks one too many times?!!!
